Hello Everyone,
I'm Anne Marie and this is my first blog. I started it because it is an assignment for a course I'm taking "Creating Wellness: Psychological and Spiritual Aspects of Healing". I'm looking forward to all the course has to offer and sharing my insights.

  1. This is only my second blog actually since I did have a class about a year ago here in Kaplan that required a blog though it didn't have much to it. Have you got a chance to try the exercise for this week? I personally found it very helpful and hope that you have a good experience with it as well.

  2. When I first listened to the relaxation exercise I was in homework mode so I wasn't able to truly relax. My second attempt I was better prepared to relax. I found the exercise worked well this time. The soft music and the soothing voice of the speaker helped me to achieve relaxation. It was an enjoyable experience, one I will repeat again.
